    Step 3 — Pilot design

Cadence

  • Daily (during pilot): 5-min me-only check of attendance log; chase no-shows same day.
  • Weekly Fri: 1-page report to Hannah — enrolled / completed / at-risk / spend-to-date / one decision needed.
  • Monthly: cohort retro with clinical lead + pilot ED; update outcome brief if reality diverges.
Friday-of-week-1 deliverable to Hannah
